The Catalog Setup section allows you to manage how your product catalog is connected and displayed on WhatsApp. You can also import products from Meta or Shopify.
What You Can Do Here
From Catalog → Setup, you can:
- View your connected catalog
- Show or hide the catalog on WhatsApp
- Enable or disable the shopping cart
- Re-import products from Meta
- Import products from Shopify
- Disconnect the catalog
Open Catalog Setup
- Open the Catalog module from the left navigation.
- Select Setup.
- The Catalog Setup page displays your connected catalog and available settings.
Connected Catalog
The top section shows the currently connected catalog.
It displays:
- Catalog Name
- Connection Status
- Catalog ID
Example:
Catalogue_Products Connected to WhatsApp
This confirms that the catalog is connected and available for WhatsApp use.
Show Catalog on WhatsApp
The Show catalog on WhatsApp option controls whether customers can browse your products directly through WhatsApp.
When Enabled
Customers can see the catalog/storefront icon and browse available products.
When Disabled
The catalog will not be displayed to customers on WhatsApp.
Use the toggle to turn this option ON or OFF.
Enable Cart
The Enable cart option allows customers to add products to a shopping cart and send the cart as an order.
When Enabled
Customers can:
- Add products to their cart
- Review their selected products
- Send the cart as an order
When Disabled
Customers cannot use the WhatsApp catalog cart feature.
Use the toggle to turn the cart ON or OFF.
Refresh from Meta
The Refresh from Meta option allows you to update the catalog with the latest products and changes from your Meta catalog.
Use this when changes have been made directly in Meta Commerce Manager.
To Refresh
- Click Re-import from Meta.
- The latest catalog information will be imported from Meta.
- Check your catalog to confirm the updated products.
Import from Shopify
The Import from Shopify option allows you to bring products from your connected Shopify store into the catalog.
To Import Products
- Click Import products.
- Offlo retrieves the available products from Shopify.
- The products are added to the catalog.
Disconnect Catalog
The Disconnect catalog option removes the current catalog connection.
Use this option only when you no longer want to use the connected catalog with WhatsApp.
